LIGNUM MS Ltd. deals with the production of complete furniture. Thanks to the high-quality production with the possibility of surface-finishing supported by continuous innovation and investment in machinery, the company has been successfully established as a supplier to XXXLUTZ and IKEA, which have high quality requirements.

The company was founded in 2006, when it began in the small premises in Hriňová to gradually expand and in 2010 the company has moved to significantly larger premises (an area of 6 500 m2) in the former premises of PPS Detva. Currently it employs approximately 130 employees, who are involved in the production of approx. 26 types, 150 types and 18,000 pieces of various furniture components.

Company LIGNUM MS s.r.o. Meets general FSC® processing chain requirements according to FSC-STD-40-004 v3-0. It is the holder of certificate number: NC-COC-013906 and license number: FSC-C102033. The FSC Chain of Custody certificate ensures that wood raw material from unknown sources is not used to produce FSC certified products, thus demonstrating its responsible approach to the purchase of wood raw material.

At the same time, as a supplier of complete furniture for IKEA, we meet its IWAY standard, such as environmental requirements, social and working conditions when purchasing products, materials and services.

LIGNUM MS Ltd. produces its entire production in a large-scale production, where machining is equipped with the corresponding modern technology with high labor productivity. The production process of the components is ensured mainly by modern CNC centers and high-performance machine-technology devices, which enable them to achieve a high degree of precision of the dimensions and quality of machining. Modernization of the company's machinery park is ongoing. Materials used in the production are: MDF boards, LDTD boards, HDF boards, solid wood, blockboard and battenboard.

The surface treatment system is a combination of roller coating and spraying. Such surface treatment enables high flexibility in surface treatment of large areas as well as small details. UV curing is used on the top coat. Surface finish of the components has optimal chemical-physical resistance and excellent aesthetic appearance. The colors used in surface treatment are environmentally friendly, meeting the most stringent legislative requirements for environment.
